  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the full appointment fee.

  • Course and program purchases are non-transferable.

 

4. Programs & Courses

  • Digital programs and courses are for personal use only.

  • Content may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

  • Access is provided once payment is confirmed.

 

5. Products

  • Products sold are intended to support general health.

  • It is your responsibility to read ingredient lists and suitability information.
