Welcome to Margeaux Higgins Nutrigenomics, where your health journey begins with a comprehensive initial consultation and assessment. From this first appointment, you will receive a personalised treatment plan grounded in a food-first, nutrigenomic approach. Because health change occurs over time, follow-up appointments are an important part of the process. These sessions allow us to review your progress, refine your plan, and provide ongoing guidance as your body responds and adapts. Ongoing appointments are recommended until your health goals are achieved, ensuring your care remains aligned with your progress and evolving needs. All appointments are conducted in AEST over Telehealth, available to Australian clients.
Terms of Service
Booking, Cancellation & Consultation Policy By booking an appointment with Margeaux Higgins Nutrigenomics, you agree to the following: Bookings & Cancellations Full pre-payment is required to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur 100% of the consultation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will incur 100% of the consultation fee. Arriving late will not extend your appointment time. You may choose to end a consultation at any time; however, early cessation does not result in a refund or partial refund. Face-to-Face Consultations In-person consultations may involve physical examination, including palpation (touch) and, where relevant, partial undressing. All physical examination is performed only with your informed consent, and you may decline any aspect at any time. Client Responsibilities You agree to disclose all current and recent medications, supplements, and therapies (prescribed, over-the-counter, and natural) at your initial and subsequent consultations. AI-Assisted Consultation Recording Consent I understand that my consultation may be audio-recorded and transcribed using Zoom and Heidi Health AI, a secure clinical documentation tool. I understand that: Recordings are used solely for accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Consultation recordings will not be used for marketing or training purposes and will not be shared without my explicit consent. I may request recording to stop at any time and may withdraw consent for future consultations without affecting my care. By proceeding with a recorded consultation, I provide informed consent to AI-assisted recording and transcription for these purposes. Professional Registration & Rebates Margeaux Higgins is an Accredited Member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) under the modalities of Naturopathy and Nutrition. Health fund rebates may be available for eligible clients under the Nutrition (Telehealth) modality with participating funds, including AHM, CUA, Medibank, and HBF. Rebate eligibility and amounts vary by policy; clients are responsible for confirming details with their insurer.
