Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of health and personal care products:

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened supplements, functional foods, or skincare products

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Change-of-mind purchases

 

Returns may be accepted if:

• The product arrives damaged or faulty

• The incorrect product was supplied

 

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description and photo of the issue

 

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.

 

Digital Products

• Courses, programs, and downloadable content are non-refundable once access is granted.
